By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these terms. We've kept them plain. ReadyFileStudio is a sole proprietorship based in Kentucky, USA.

What you're buying

Each product is a single-file digital tool delivered electronically. A purchase is a one-time payment for your personal use, with no subscription and no recurring charge.

Your license to use it

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on your own devices. You're welcome to keep personal backups. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the files with others.

Ownership

The products, brand, names, and site content are the property of ReadyFileStudio and are protected by applicable law. Your license does not transfer ownership.

Merchant of record

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant and seller of record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, receipts, and applicable taxes under its own terms.

Delivery

Products are delivered instantly as a digital download after purchase. Every product also has a free, full demo you can try first — use it before you buy.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Provided "as is"

We build and test these tools carefully and work to keep them functional. If a product genuinely malfunctions, we'll help — see the Refund Policy. Beyond that, products are provided "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by law we make no other warranties. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadyFileStudio's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
