Refund Policy

Every product is an instant digital download with a free demo you can fully try first, so all sales are final — with one exception: if a tool genuinely doesn't work and we can't fix it, you get your money back.

Try before you buy

Every product has a free, full demo — the "Try it first →" link on each one. It's the same tool you'll receive, with sample data filled in. Please use it before purchasing so you know exactly what you're getting.

All sales are final

Because products are delivered instantly and can't be returned once downloaded, we don't offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or buying without trying the demo first.

The exception: malfunctions

If a product won't open, won't save your work, or doesn't function as described, that's on us. Reach out and we'll help you get it running. If we can't make it work for you, we'll refund you in full.

How to request help or a refund

Email support@readyfilestudio.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the email address you used at checkout and a short description of what's going wrong. Telling us your device and browser (for example, "iPhone, Safari") helps us fix it faster.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. It may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
